Given how long it’s been, its finally occurred to me that I’ve never told you what I think of what you’ve done for me in completing this. Usually I wait until an image is well out of site of the main 8 to ten images Furaffinity allows on their opening pages so no one recalls it.
However, despite how long it’s been, that’s no excuse for saying nothing about it at all, as I should truly know better. Moreso as it’s an image of these two.
First and foremost I will tell you that I enjoy how you happened to do the shading effect on both of them. Unis’ shadowing on leaning towards a more blue toned brush while Valin’s fur shading leaning towards pink, as it’s correlating to their hair and clothing colors. It’s easier for me to notice since they both have white fur, and any hue of color that deviates from gray happens to stand out to me. And that I happen to consider done well the more I look at it.
Leaving that aside for a moment, I also like how you colored their hair and clothing. What I’m more impressed with is how you also kept the same hues that I used in the images I drew for them myself. As I barely acknowledge my own art these days. I can confidently say that Unis’ sky blue hair tint goes well with the blue sky background you added there, while Valin’s happens to do the same as I can see the pink tint that was added in as a subtle highlight at the bottom. It gives it something of a very, VERY faint sunset feel that unless you’re looking for, most people wouldn’t normally catch. And I like that.
Putting the background with the clothing, I suppose I can call it appropriate also. It’s well placed beachwear that...I wouldn’t have thought of myself, but does say fits well and was rather creative in design. As to be honest, I wouldn’t put a striped pattern on any article of clothing (as I hate drawing stripes) but seeing it done is something I will tell you looks rather fashionable. The pair of shorts Unis is wearing here looks rather cute to me personally. I suppose the gold loops makes it work as the yellow just accents the blue of the outfit.
Moving from that and onto how you drew them in general, I must say doesn’t fall short of my expectation I could set outside of outstanding. The facial expressions are so vibrant and actually expressive that I’d honestly praise this image for those alone. (Also, I must tell you good work in coloring even their noses in the same palette as their hair colors) They look, even in pose, to be what I consider to be befitting them as...well, to this day, “as they do what they shall do.” It’s as if the entirety of this image gives a feeling of the two needing to be hugged and played with and not only is it refreshing to see on this site that’s so different than the normal status quo of tasteless porn and bullshit art themes. This is an image that shows off how precisely cute these two are to such a degree wherein I will consider it an unquestionable absolute that has no grounds to be disputed. And for that, I feel you should be proud of yourself for.
This is an image that I will be glad to thank you for doing for multiple years in the future to come, as this is what I feel art worth giving finances to should be.
You’re a rather talented artist. If I didn’t believe such a thing, I wouldn’t have given you such a task that you’ve fulfilled extraordinarily as I find myself still marveling at to this day. And I will not suffer an argument over this as fact, for even be it you dear little cheese lion, I shall not be made into a liar this day.
I won’t place expectations onto you. However, I will in all truth tell you, I’m enjoying what I’ve witnessed so far.

Personally, I find low probability in you replying to this at all.
But, if you at the least see it, then I’ll be satisfied. That way you can see for yourself that you’ve composed a piece that you’ve worked well enough on that I wanted to make sure I noticed as much detail as I could and found was necessary for me to tell you about. For I wouldn’t take the time to speak about an image in this manner unless I felt it was absolutely worth my time doing so.
