The castle walls rise higher every day, and when the building is completed, Zelda will be crowned queen. And yet the closer that day comes, the worse Zelda's emotional turmoil becomes. If she falls apart, can Link help her put herself back together?
Another chapter of my fluffy Link/Zelda fic. :) This is actually the chapter I thought of first, so everything else I've written lead up to this. Yes, very exciting, I know. Conversation! Emotional declarations! Action and adventure on every page! :D Anyway, this still isn't the end, there are two more chapters following.
Thanks so much to everybody who's read and commented so far, btw. I'm glad people like this story. It's a bit personal for me, so it's nice that it's getting such good reactions.

It delights me how warm and open-minded you write Link to be. :) To me it feels like the most sensible way to be, but in the day to day world it often feels pretty rare. So I really like how natural you make it feel with Link, how it seems like such a natural thing to accept Zelda/Sheik however she/he is.
