Love it, hate it, don't understand it, it doesn't matter. There are too many fat furs out there (I among them) to insult them all. And I don't think that's about to change. Sure, some my come to the realization it's not something they enjoy anymore, but for every one that leaves the genera another will discover it.

And to explain at least how I view this, I know about all the health issues of being so fat and all the problems with it. But most furs omit that stuff, finding ways around it so there's nothing bad afflicting the fat character. It doesn't mean we don't know the truth about such extreme obesity, we just choose to look at the good stuff and focus on that when playing.

I admit I am completely confused as to what the plus sides of being that fat are.

A little chubby, like some baby fat, I can understand.
