It's been a while since I submitted something =x
I've been so busy with school and stuff xD
I finished this pic a few days ago but I forgot to submit it for some reason...
ahh well xD
It rained nonstop for a few days so this pic sorta just came into being xP
Edit:
I just noticed now that the way his fur is behaving in the rain is wrong xD
I should have made it looks soggy and wet instead of spiky and fluffy =P
Ahh well, It's too late to change that now... D:

this is a easily a beautiful picture that you've drawn here. but what really got me with this picture is how the rain obstruces the view the guy, but not enough to distort the entire picture, like looking through actual rain.

Anyway, Yeah the fur is off.. something about the elbow/forearm section of the left arm is off. and the right hand of the picture, the thumb looks pointy.
But fantastic picture, nevertheless.
I love what you did with the rain and the expression. Very nice.
