There it is. I just beat it a few minutes ago. Same ranking, died more times and saved more times.

And yeah...RE3 is probably the shortest one. If you really think about it, it's only 2 hours long, but the replay value is extremely high. It has the best Mercenaries mode, quite enjoyable to kill Nemesis over and over again, the special guns are never a disappointment, and of course the epilogues you unlock after each run.
