Yanno... seeing the whole suicide of Amanda Todd (Google the name), I wonder if this constitutes online bullying? I mean, I can understand being critical of someone, but sometimes the commentaries on lulz tend to stretch beyond the acceptable.

Cyber-bullying constitutes as someone being harassed and stalked on the internet. People contacting said person, and avoiding bans and blocks in order to contact and harass said person.
Anything else, especially "somewhere on the internet someone or some people are talking bad about me" constitutes as "Grow a pair and stop being a little bitch" (or in legal terms: Freedom of Speech).
