I agree with one of the posts above about the detail in your work. Rather then just making it a "lolfatchick" which is just a very round person to jerk off to, you do a real good job with showing weight and mass, and it's a very pleasant sight.

If I may make one small critique, it may have been better to use a two-tone cake, as the browns of the piece she's holding alongside the frosting on her face can make it a little difficult to tell the difference between the two. If the cake itself had another color, that problem would be eliminated
