Had a fun little oC session with n in the wee hours tonight (this morning?). It was a much needed break from the work I was doing, and it was fun to do something small for myself. There are some things on this I'd definitely tweak if I could, but I've probably spent enough time fooling around :P

Yeah I really have to mess with it. :P I've been using OC for like....a day. ^.^ Hehe. I'll try that though once I get to that point. Your inking lines look really crisp though too. I think I was working too small when I did my little experiment or something, seem rather pixelated. Alas, I've such issues.
These lines look a little chunkier at full-res. However, when inking, I always zoom in to at least 200%, which helps me be smoother and more accurate. Also, for smoother inking in oC, you can enable the opacity of the lines (I disabled it for this picture, and that tends to cause some alias-looking effects, especially on thinner lines).
I love how this looks. I mean hos expression, seems so real...like what I'd expect from atypical teenager who is gonna hav their arms widespreadto give someone a hug who they know doesn't need it but that person feels they need it. Aww...I just wanna hug him...why can't I draw? Argh...if only I could find a passion for doing art instead of just gawping at it!
