I like the model, but wanted to have some options in game, so decided to use magnets - I can now swap both arm-weapons and heads. Chimneys and shoulder pads are going to be glued after painting.
Still need idea for making his base.
^^ Naming this guy after he'll be painted

Nah, pretty easy stuff, you just need to be patient and a bit precise with cutting plastic. In case of tyrant you first glue magnets inside his carapace - when glue dries you put second magnet there (be sure to have a stack of those so you can pull unnecessary magnet out) and cut ball joints of arms until they look good with magnets inside (also remember to pick angle you want that weapon to be in) - then you pull out magnet, glue it to cut joint and tada - done.
For big models like tyrant and fiend I suggest 5x1mm (mine are 5x1,5mm) magnets - they are strong enough to keep weapons in place.

It's a walker, sadly. Forgefiend is shooty version with options of 8 strength 8 shots or 2 s8 ap2 blasts + it can swap head for additional s8 ap2 blast. Also it's a demon so 5+ inv, can regenerate hull points each turn on 5+ and once a game he can opt to re-roll all to-wound or penetration rolls.
