Anyone can do everything!

Though, the people who say that came up with PeTA and the idea of being Politically Correct. If you really want to learn how to sing, treat it like you would you art. Practice practice practice and find ways to improve. I wish the same thing with art but meanwhile I've accrued enough knowledge to piece together project plans and methodology for all sorts of engineering projects. Try your best to focus on it, make it your habit and your past-time. :3

I practice while I draw lol (I've been trying to sing since I was little). But I still am not good. My voice cant keep up with my mouth whey singing to words, like there's a short delay. (never noticed till I recorded so even though I think I'm singing the words I'm actually muttering nothing) Also, some tones I just cant get, my voice isn't strong enough or I'm just doing it wrong. Singing isn't really like drawing. You can self teach yourself with drawing, but make a mistake in singing you can hurt yourself I've hurt myself alot lol.
And it's hard to improve without a teacher =w= telling me rights from wrong with singing. And not like I have the money for lessons, so, cant have the voice I wish I had...if I could sing I'd make so many animations it's not even funny. DX
Just better to give up and stick at what I'm good at and grow in that instead. -shrug-

Well, while that's not great, you did give me an idea! Do a 'give voice to the animation' series of commissions where you do a few short silent animations in lieu of not being able to sing, but use the money off of them to pay for a lesson at a time. Use what you know you can do together to what you want to do, and sharpen your animation skills along the way!

Though that's a lovely idea, I don't feel comfortable with that. Since my animation skills are rusty, I'd have to set the prices cheap, so people don't feel being ripped off for my lack of ability, but animations take alot of time to do for me, so it feel like I'd be wasting my time for the price I'd be working for when I could be doing art that is actually worth the money and wont take me a month to do for each commission. It's something I'll keep in mind though for a someday.
