This is my current DND 3.5 character, Ugg-Thugg Corinthian. Ugg-Thugg is a half-orc/half-elf druid who believes he is the Republican incumbent President of the United States, his own fantasy capitalist nightmare. He has a political pundit (read: animal companion), a nine-foot-tall silverback gorilla names Rush Limbaugh. He believes Rush is a real person. Furthermore, even though he is a Druid (Explained by some bad mushrooms he ate after being exiled from both his Orcan and Elvish communities), he does not believe in evolution, global warming, or even the existence of nature itself. He is completely ignorant to her ways.
