This picture holds ALOT of emotion for me, (yeah I cried so what wanna fight about it? Lol). I believe its just showing emotional scars/wounds we all went through em, not physical ones. The reason why this character is smiling is because he has high optimism in the future, though I could be wrong, please forgive this husky for thoroughly analyzing the picture XD I do that sometimes. Fav+.
