Stupidity aside, since my sister was away for large part of the day I got to use her laptop, so I drew this fella. Daww, it's so cute. <3
Anyway, random Riolu is random. And no Photoshop. Hate hate hate.
Time spend: About 1.5 to 2 hours? Mostly spend searching for good alternatives for Photoshop and (normal) SAI options.
Used: Paint Tool SAI (a version that lacked most tools including GAUSIAN BLUR AAAAAHHHHH) and GIMP (at least it had Gausian blur for the final blur?). Oh, and a crappy tablet.
