Happy Birthday for tomorrw

I started this a short while back with the intention of getting it finished in time for his bday, but I got bogged down with a few long over due commissions and ended up shoving this to the side and forgetting ... so heres the unfinished version sorry its very rough around the edges and missing in most places, but as I believe a Birthday gift should always be up by the birthday date (:
For anyone wondering about the title /not up to speed with english geography, the area around Newcastle is known as Tyne and Wear, and obviously Wah is a nickname for a panda

Remarkable piece of work there, Arcais. I like how peaceful the atmosphere is in that picture. One thing to note though, although it's not a big deal... I think you have noticed as well as I that one side of that big bridge is not finished. Still, not really a big deal because the whole picture makes up for that little piece of bridge that you have to still do.
