Back to my old style! ^^
This is my official reference sheet, so if you draw me try to follow the hexadecimal color legend displayed as close as possible, though shading and highlight colors can vary a little based on lighting source. My character now wears scarf and goggles, and is usually seen wearing them wherever he goes. He is also lighter than your average pichu but tougher and not prone to self-damaging attack most pichu are, and has no owner and can't be caught, hehehe.

Ya it looks good, 'up in the air' u might say but dats all in your choice of BG, i dont even have a BG on mine heh, its good =3
Dats a lotta colors ^^;
just mention dat cuz of how i color... what i do, with shading and highlight, is create translucent layers (15% visibility on black [shadow] and 25% on white [highlight]) and place these layers over the main color...
its part of what makes my 'style', as it would be difficult to do actual colors dat way... just letting u kno, and wonder if u would mind if i continue to do my gifties to u like dat?
i'm picky about colors too, but just the primary, the shade and highlight colors dont matter to me, so i didnt kno if u feel the same way, or if u want shade and highlight to be those exact colors? i'll do it either way u say ^^;
