I doodled this while attending something like a crash course in dental assisting and for a day I used it as a coversheet for a binder.

I drew it entirely in pen and chose to ignore my mistakes (I messed up something fierce on those birds) .

Anyway, here we have a small group of Anolian geckos hiding on one of the overlooks, watching the spires in sight for anything with feathers landing on them. They've camoflaged and wait to ambush their sworn enemies, should they land anywhere near their watch.

I thought about turning the war between Anolians and Fethers into one of those epic strategic battle things, but I dunno if i can.
