This was Early Happy Birthday gift I did this year for 
spinosaur123
Since she has been obssesed a lot with TF2, I decided to make her Spinosaur character in her Anthro form dressed up as Sniper :3 (one of her fav characters).
And then I just had to randomly add my character there dressed up as a Medic, but let me point out a few things:
She isn't Mini Me, Mini Me can't turn into an Anthro T-rex, thats my 'sona xD
She is flat chested, for the lulz.
And I choosed Medic not because he is my favorite character, its because he is german and my family line comes from germans xDDDD and also in my hometown we have the Oktoberfest event every year (thats why the title and the Tyrolean hat haha).
That was all I had to explain, sooo I hope you guys enjoy the drawing 8D
