Picture of one of my characters from Phantasy Star Universe.
As the online servers for PSU were shutdown in early september I wanted to do a picture of the characters I had on there.
Rei "was" a newman fortetecher which was capable of casting maximum level spells causing large amounts of damage to enemies.
Drawn and coloured using Open Canvas 1.1 and small adjustments made in Paint shop pro 7.
