For my final Anthrocon 2012 posting, I'll offer the following:

Amber Williams aka  missmab does some seriously thorough back story and setting building for her webcomic DMFA. This includes the fact that cubi clan leaders give up their ability to bear/sire children -- which is a major problem when only the clan leader is left! (It also takes at least two members of a clan to "transfer" someone else into the clan.)

But I was mulling that over and added in two other facts. You see, Fa'Lina and Mab are friends (although why Mab didn't recognize a description of Fa'Lina... well...) and Mab is a fae. Faes can apparently alter reality. So maybe Mab could decide to do her friend Fa'Lina a little -- favor? Oops, was that overdone?
