When we're out fursuiting the attention is always on us, the fursuiters. But we aren't out there alone, we have people in the background watching over us and keeping us safe from the thousand-and-one things that can go wrong as we roam around and goof off with the public. They're called handlers and I think they're just as important to a fursuiter as a cold bottle of water is (especially since they tend to be carrying a lot of that, lol). They carry the cameras and record our antics and I honestly don't think we can begin to give them enough credit for what they do.
Here's me and
keeko-chan. He's the best handler in the world and I wouldn't have nearly as much fun fursuiting if it weren't for him. He's one of the best friends I've ever had and I love him like a brother.
...A brother that I argue with a lot and wish fiery doom upon a lot and all those other typical brotherly things. Also he knows how to make the world laugh (although it's usually at my expense...the jerk).
