Recently I went black footed ferret trapping and here's a picture of the only ferret we caught that night. My friend and I volunteered to help out with capturing ferrets so they could figure out their population size and distribution. We caught a feisty little male, who kept hissing and screaming at the other workers, but could you blame him? We temporarily named him Burma after these stupid high way road signs we kept seeing.

And if your wondering, little Burma is probably safe and sound in a burrow somewhere along route 66 where we caught him. Of course we let him go.
