Carnus was walking his human pet Nero and Freckles just couldn't resist himself. Carn is very annoyed, after all if the human spends all day inside the rex he won't get the exorcise he needs and perhaps get fat. Nero doesn't mind, voreraphiles normally don't mind being inside maws/throats/stomachs.
