Skallicaimen are original monsters designed and created by me, and they are a closed species. Each one has a number, and will never be duplicated. They will only ever be available by adopt through me, and I am not giving anyone permission to create their own. Though you may alter the design of any Skallicaiman that you have bought from me. c: I'm making 24 total this year, and if they do well enough and there is enough interest, I may make more next Halloween. I will only be making them in October, however. ;) They are spooky holiday special monsters!

Its interesting. Adoptables have always been kind of odd to me. Basically looks like people just slap different colours on them, and they go with that.
What I can kind of see from this though it it at least looks like you put a lot of effort, and time into all of these. Very creative exercise, and love all the subtle differences that make them unique. I bet 8 will go quick though.

I always had the same opinion of them, but then it occurred to me that not everyone wants such a high-dollar totally complete character. A lot of people just want a base design that they can change and work from, and you know... after working on these, and seeing how much diversity can come from changing colour and pattern, I'm kind of a convert! People seem to like the process of making them their own, and making theirs distinctly different from the rest... it's pretty interesting! I figure, if this is what people enjoy, and I can make these more affordable to them, why not? I'm not one to argue with a good thing. c:
