hm seeing as how ive been p stressed recently and not had this happen until now, it's probably a reaction to something physical.
although physiological effects on my blood and body environment could create a bigger reaction than normal. stressed + encounter = surprise outbreak.

Yes, well when I was writing my comment I noticed right above mine that what happened to you might have been caused by stress. I'm no stress expert but strange things do happen when you're stressed. I mean Shingles is caused by stress and that's when you sweat blood. And if I have been lurking properly (which I have a bad habit of doing) I know that you haven't been feeling well and I really hope you get well. No one deserves to be stressed.
