This is another very old piece I found buried in my hard-drive. This was a commissioned piece paid on Gaia Online. This was basically my avatar for an account named "Little Jilly" however since then the name has been changed to "Little Katie" (which has the avatar resemble Miyu now).
I might revamp this and add it to my character list one day or I might just leave it to what it was, avatar art. Sadly I do not remember who it was that drew this, but you can see their signature and the year on the image itself (yes this was done back in 2004).
