Belle is a little ball of lighting (literary). She's very out spoken and isn't afraid to speak her mind. She can be very blunt and forward, the type of girl who takes pleasure "raining on your parade'. She's quite cocky and arrogant towards others. It takes a lot for someone to break past her walls, she'll keep someone stringing on as long as it amuses her. Belle is quote the tease often tormenting one of her 'enemies' Hoshi.

Being very competitive she can be quite the sour loser (if she does lose). She enjoys competing and showing off new tricks to him; or arguing on what type of natural disaster on the next city or town.

Strengths -
Controlling the weather, Bella conjures up different storms, some far worst then others depending on the mood. Although she rarely uses it to 'defend' herself, she does have enough control to stop someone when necessary.

Weaknesses -
Controlling the weather has a nasty side-effect when using it, often times it can cause her a great deal of pain, as well as draining her energy. The more power hungry she becomes; the weaker she gets. Her body slowly attacking her from the inside out. Her hearing is weak; making it difficult to hold a conversation, unless she pays close attention. In short as powerful as her gift may be it's slowly killing her.
