Mushroom and Bacon Hamburgers

Well a few nights ago I decided, hey I wanted bacon and hamburger! so I went and picked up some bacon bits and made these.

Buns
Garlic bread slices grilled

Hamburger
2 1/4 pound patties
2 ounces of diced mushroom
2 table spoons of bacon bits

Mix well and grill

It was though if you use too little meat its easy to male the mushrooms fall out. And why swap? Best of both worlds!

ah true :) the idea of having the mushroom, and bacon inside the beef ^.^ i bet it's go even further with diced onions

Had none on hand but you'd have to up it to 1/2 pound patties on the case of size. I mean one of those push down dicers could make the mushroom and onions small enough but not by hand.

ah yeah. still though this sound Delicious to have those savory (or would it be umami) flavors inside of the beef
