Yes. Wolf spiders can produce silk, but they don't spin webs.
Often times, this causes confusion though. I tend to see people notice a spider crawling around hunting for food, and they automatically assume it's a wolf spider.
While wolf spiders actively hunt for food and do not spin webs for catching prey, they aren't the only species that do this.
