My take on a photo of the assembled group from the LAFF Boo at the Zoo event for 2012.

This was far too hard a picture to make. Maybe we need to form an orderly photographer line or something (fat chance, I know), because having a mob of photographers all blocking each others view and waiting for a clear view that never happens just isn't productive. I still never got a full view of everything, you can see the left edge is cut off because it's blocked by spectators. And I still couldn't avoid getting what I think is a strange kid intruding into the group, the parents decided that the middle of the posed group photo is the perfect opportunity to get a photo of their kid with a fursuiter apparently.

Eh, maybe it's a matter of differing perceptions. To me it's the group trying to get a clean group photo of the event. I want to ask if these parents would even consider thrusting their kid in front of a group photo at a wedding, but they probably didn't see this as that in the first place.

It was still a pretty neat day, I'll just have to think about how to approach this next time. And I at least have to say that I was amazed how many fursuiters turned out for this event. Someone said that it was almost the size of a small con in itself, and my response was "almost?".
