I really love this pic, mainly because I accomplished with scenery what I've wanted to do for a long time.

The old beat up truck and the towers are symbolic towards me. When I was little, and still today to a point, if I saw either those transmission towers or an old, abondoned beat up truck, that meant for me that I was far away from civilization.

Forgive me, for I'm taking a walk down memory lane with my good friend, nostalgia, for a moment here.

I remember when I was little this one particular tower that stood at the very end of my hometown. It didn't look like any one and for some time, I actually thought it was some sort of statuesque monster because it had a weird shape to it. Every time we'd pass it I would always expect it to move or jump down. I eventually realised it was a tower and nothing more, but it still had this monolithic or monumental feel to me. I know if I saw it today, I wouldn't feel the same because our perception of life becomes more fine-tuned and stuff like that diminishes. *sigh*

O.O Anywho, I love the piece, it's obvious where the title came from (ran out of title ideas), and the pic features me (right) and Vael (left).
