Behold! Your Obedient Serpent, for once depicted without a massive meal inside him! While I do enjoy a robust meal on occasion, I realized that I only had a single image in my gallery depicting ME, rather than my belly.
hoodah captured me perfectly, I think. I love the expression, the body language, and ... I've always described myself as "Sunset Gold", and Hoodah has captured the luminosity of a sunset poerfectly.
I am most pleased. This is the Definitive Athelind. Hoodah went above and beyond the call, here.
(He also made a huge 16x10 ratio desktop that now graces my various computers. Alas, like Narcissus, I find myself all too often just gazing in rapture at my own image, not a single window open to obscure it ...)
The original is here! Go tell the Hoodah how amazing he is!

Amusingly, despite his Eastern appearance, Your Obedient Serpent stubbornly asserts that he hails of Celtic lineage. Europe has at least as strong a tradition of wyrms and wurms and other serpentine draconia as Burly Heraldic Types ... though that doesn't quite explain the barbels.
