Amazing what you can do with some simple and easy packet meals, frozen veg and a meat source as a base for greater, better, healthier and tastier things. This cheesy healthy munchable meal is from the kitchens of

Decided to fix a simple 20 minute dish that is perfect for everyone. Even though I make every attempt to cook from scratch in order to reduce my salt intake (and you won't believe the amount of sodium you can find in low or no sodium foods), I do enjoy fixing a dish with some processed ingredients.
Ingredients:
2-4lbs Eckerich sausage (I used smoked pork, but you can use the sausage of your choice for this)
1-2 boxes Mac-N-Cheese
1.5 cups each frozen broccoli & cauliflower, mixed veggies, and green beans.
Cheese
Directions:
Slice sausage into discs that are about 1/4 thick and place into pot and cook until tender, drain. While the sausage is cooking, prepare the Mac-N-Cheese as instructed. Once sausage and Mac-N-cheese are done mix and add veggies. Place on low heat for approximately 20 minutes stirring constantly until veggies are tender and hot.
Plate and place cheese on top of meal, serve and enjoy.

To be honest I would probably use a little curry pwder in the mac'n'cheese for spicy indian variation or if I wanted a slightly aisian touch I would add a dash of sakeben (rice wine vinegar) and a dash of soy, with a teaspoon of honey. I love these kinds of dishes because in a fast world you can make a quick feed everyone now sort of dish that doesn't take max effort. Any meat works, any veg works.
As for improvement - I don't think it needs anything more except a little pepper.
