So amoung the mutations a navigator can get (And Nomadics start off with one extra) is "Teeth as sharp as needles" I rolled an 84 for my first mutation, and got that. So now, not only is she bald (mostly and by choice, those are tattoos) she has teeth that kill. It actually gives her the Natural Weapons talent. Uuuuuuugh.
On the upside. I think she's actually creepily adorable. Yay for cheerfully grimdark.
