So this piece is not a very brilliant bowl per se. And the photo doesn't help much. However, the interesting point about it is that the glaze that I used was called Dynamite Red, which would, ya know, usually be red. It came out blue. You may be wondering why. Because it rained the day this piece got glost-fired and disturbed the chemistry. Handmade pottery, whether thrown or hand-built, is one of the most unpredictable things I've ever encountered.
