While Mewtwo may still be the Legendary Pokemon of Darkness in Rejected, humans still won't obey a Pokemon... and as such, whenever he go to lead the forces of Dark Vortex (I gave a name to his organization), he put on this disguise and become the sinister Ice Mask. The logo at the top left is the logo for Dark Vortex. Yes, his boots are ugly.
