Hmm. I think you need to work on the feet, to give them more... solidarity. If you're going for digitigrade legs, you need to start her ankles futher up.
However, this isn't the crux of the issue, as if you're drawing complex limbs like the feet or hands, you need to structure them :) At the moment, the feet look like they have no bones. If you pencil them in, even if it's just a couple of lines or wireframe, you'll be able to make the feet look a lot more natural :) Also, her shoulders could do with a little more definition.
The other (more minor) issue is the centre of gravity for your character there. If we assume her centre of gravity is around her pelvic area, she would topple backwards moments after this picture takes place, as the chair isn't designed to hold steady, and her torso upwards is a lot heavier than her legs. If she were to hold the chair steady while taking that pose, her, er, behind would have to be right up against the chair's right (our left) arm.

Thanks for all the constructive criticism, but I will adress a couple of things in this picture that you commented on.
The Feet: I'm 100% crappy at feet and I honestly don't know what to do to make them better, though I will most likely play with her left one a little more before I'm done, seeing as it is utterly aweful. :/
The Ankles: While she is a fox, she is also anthroish, so while I made her feet paw-like, I wanted to give her more humanesque ankles.
Centre of Gravity: The chair is just a placeholder for me, note it's crappy design. XD More than likely it will be made to look better, bigger and all kinds of more structurally sound. My whole idea was to make this picture a little more fluid than most of the ones I've attempted, so it is highly likely that she -would- have fallen over after the shot was taken. (:
Shoulder: Actually, I didn't notice this at all, thank you so much for pointing it out. I knew somehow it did -not- look right, but you've made it a little more clear, and I appreciate it a ton. :3
Again, thanks a million for the ideas, it's what I need to hear. However, this is the first piece of art I've spent more than an hour on, so I'm learning. :D Next.... COLOUR!! (after I fix my mistakes. xD)

I'm so glad you like it! ^^ Wasn't sure if you would, but so glad you do! Hehe. I'm working on the colouring, and I have fixed her left foot, hand-paws, and shoulder so I think she looks lots better now.
Should she have Hair on her head, or keep it like this? If hair is wanted, what colour?
Also, what are your favourite colours? I've got a perfect way to work 'em it. :D
