Marshal Hurricane is the Marshal of Fort Hooves just on the outside of Equestria beyond the Macintosh Mountains 10 to 15 miles out from the southern coastlines. The fort also has a huge wheat farm that supplies the best wheat in Equestria for bread, flower and such.

Fort Hooves he been Marshal of for countless years and he got a very strong wing power behind him since he deverts huge storms that come over from the ocean away from Fort Hooves.

He very responsable, cunning and always think of his actions before doing so since his actions would have effect on the Earth Ponies that live in Fort Hooves being he the only Pegasi there.
