Well! I had old doodles of "dog-fish" designs laying around in my folders and decided to re-vamp him and make him awesome! The pattern is based on an actual fish, but I really can't remember the name. ^^;

And I had to use hot pink for the hair. HAD TO.

I may draw some more doodles of him soon, no real purpose for him but he'd be awesome in a fighting game. haha he'd use a double ended chain with GIGANTIC bladed fish hooks on the ends! 8D Hell yes.
