I don't suit so I have no first hand experience, but no, I'm sure that some people do, but it wouldn't be a very good idea because you'd sweat in the suit and the smell and heat would suck. Most people I've talked to wear something that breaths and helps to wick sweat away, like Under Armour.
This is just a picture, I didn't ask him about how he really suits.
