I wouldn't dream of wearing latex in real life -- but then again, in real life I'm totally unadventurous.
I like the *fantasy* of turning (or being turned) into some kind of animate living-latex creature, because the smoothness and shine of the latex would accentuate the contours of your new body, plus you'd probably get some fancy superpowers as well.
