It is not a cracker crust...it is a coconut cookie crust...
and it is lemon filling...the filling was made with egg yellow, condense milk, freshly squeezed lemon juice and shredded lemon peel.
then of course the meringue on top is just egg white that was mixed with sugar until thick and poofy.
