I don't know. Properly sealed with a layer of fiberglass or spray on sealant it can be okay. I've had a head with a paper mache base for a few years, and it's held up quite well. You just have to know your materials. But the way I put it together is totally moisture proof. I think that's the key.

Hey man, not bad! I mean for what it is, seriously. Great job with the materials. With some foam, fur and a moisture-proof base with your talent you could put something really excellent together. Good job though

Thanks! It was just the fact that I'm a junior in high School, that still needs a job but can't because have to wait for a drivers license to go anywhere. I've gotten into wanting to make my first fursuit but was on a Very tight budget thanks to my parents not really caring for costumes unless they were really cutesy or comical. I've tried getting foam but it is expensive. But I thank you a lot for the feedback!
