This is my new character, Xiuhcoatl, called Xico (pronounced Zee-co) for short.

Xico is the last of a tribe of Stormcallers who use runic alchemy to create fire, ice, and powerful storms. Once considered a prodigy among his people, Xico lives in exile until the day he is strong enough to face down his tribe's killer and bring all who would harm the helpless to bitter justice.

Vengeance, by any means. Power, at any price. Beware the rising storm winds, for they bear this raptor's wrath...
