What did you use to make it?

Well, I bought the sword itself. I just painted on the design. But i have a pretty good idea that it has a fiberglass core, with foam padding. I'm not sure what kind of foam though. Then under my paint, there is a layer of latex I think. But again, I'm not entirely sure.
