Last June when i was at the San Diego zoo, there were no fennecs.. and the other foxes died Dx< talk bout a sad experience.. T^T

yeah i know T^T I love the foxies that i never got to sees.. I got myself a red fox puppet though, i loves it so much ; u ; i used to live an hour and a half from there, but i moved so no more zoo for me.. T^T But i should upload the pics of the meerkats i seen and stuff <3 I seen a white wolf there :D but it was asleep D:

awwww that is adorable <3 I always wanted to work at a zoo, though i believe animals should be in the wild and free, at least us as people keep them from dying by other animals and stuff, i also seen my second favorite animal <3 the kangaroo <3 <3 the cheetah is my first favorite safari animal, :3 AND THAT IS SOOO CUTE!!! I wish i would have seen that <3

As much as I agree I feel like zoos are also helpful to educate the public. When visiting zoos it was painful to hear someone called a snow leopard a jaguar thankfully with the sign there stating what animal it is they immediately go "Oh.."

Not only that the money that people donate goes towards the WWF to protect the animals out there. I know in the Safari Park there was a type of ibex I think it was that is already extinct in the wild they are actually planning on opening up a program to bring that animal back into the wild in Africa. I hope it all goes well in the program.
