Here's a concepts I've been mulling over for a while. as a cetacean, One needs to keep their skin moist and cool. This is the revolutionary 'Wet'suit, the complete Opposite of a Dry-suit.
This suit is designed to keep vital body areas damp and cool, trapping a layer of water Just above the wearers skin. it allows Some moisture to seep through while keeping the rest secure, so it is completely leak proof. It comes in many different styles, this just happens to be the one i like the most.
The purple bits you see are actually cooling lines. the water is cooled through these spots so well, that it can keep an orca in almost freezing temperatures.
