i play warhammer 40k pretty regularly and i decided to sculpt my own furry army so this is the first of many pics of the beginning of my exodites.
this warrior is a Scottie dog the head is hand sculpted by me the rest is a games workshop model.

well there is always the hometown favorite of using heads from the skaven beastmen or lizardmen armies. as for what i do it takes twenty hours of sculpting not including dry times to produce one head. the only way to do it is to practice and work out how to layer properly so you dont do too much work in one sculpt
i had one or two lizard head convertions over the years. but when i started this army i preplanned everything then i just jumped in the deepend and sculpted the heads from scratxh my earliest sculpts had just indentations for eyes by the tenth one i had full eyeballs as i worked out how to sculpt at that size. it takes alot of patience and dexterity to do what i do. i am currently trying to get a set of heads sculpted and cast so people can buy them fromme without me having to sculpt each individual one
