I finished and shared this costume one month ago https://www.furaffinity.net/view/8929311/, but received this much more excellent photograph of my outfit a friend of a friend took at the my little pony convention I wore it to.

The engineer is my most played class and frankly one of my favorites (can't deny my love of soldier when all of my favorite lines are said by him,) I was putting together this outfit just to be an engineer outfit, when my roommates invited me to come to a pony convention with them I decided to make some minor alterations to make it a crossover. Ironically my favorite class just happens to be the role my favorite pony is always assigned in the tf2 pony crossovers.

To make it more applejack-y I made some polymer clay ears I temporarily attached to the helmet, borrowed a wig from my roommate, gave myself her "Freckles," made a sort of top "lasso" to replace engie's extension cord and made my class patch have an apple from her cutie mark. Although most of the items in my cosplay are store bought I did work and search pretty hard to make it look nice, I was really pleased with it when it all came together. I got to the con very late Friday night and as soon as a friend and I entered the building I was mobbed by so many people that wanted to take my picture. I haven't actually cosplayed in years and I'm not used to so much attention, I was really flattered.

In the future I'll probably just be normal engineer unless I go to another pony con. There are a few things I want to work on and improve such as the glove and some things on the belt. Still, really happy with it in the meantime though :)
