After
angrboda did a kick-ass version of Cassandra Daryil (see: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9177138/ ), I was surprised to see that I hadn't uploaded the backstory comic that Merlin and I did last Christmas, presented here in a slightly higher resolution.
Lines and original shading were done by
merlin-the-bruce - flat colours and the reworked shading were done by me (I needed to work on the flats for my own lighting effects and I couldn't reconcile them with Merlin's, so I ended up recreating her shading myself).
This was the first time I started to get the hang of how to highlight the shiny surfaces on a catsuit.
P.S. for those who don't read DMFA and are wondering about panels 2 and 3, 'Cubi have an occasional habit of leaving a 'cuckoo' with mortal parents, or on some cases, murdering one of them and taking their place.
Hence, families can often get shattered when the child reaches their 20s and suddenly sprouts wings on their head. See 'Abel's Story' or the main DMFA comic for examples.

It was mostly so I could point to it for the folks who saw the 'Taking the Stage' picture, which if you haven't seen it, is here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9177138/ ...and was worth every single penny.
