The inks to one of my pieces that I'm submitting into this upcoming Mid West Fur Fest Art Show.
This is Jon Snow, one of my favorite characters from my favorite book series as well as television show, A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones.
He is often called "wolf" or "The Wolf" due to the fact that he is Ed Stark's bastard son (The Stark family house symbol is the head of a wolf and each family member owns a pet dire wolf.) so I figured it would suit for him to be what else than a wolf!
He is a member of The Night's Watch, which his duty is to keep watch and protect the 7 Kingdoms from wildlings beyond the wall which is what is behind him. The wildling's refer to members of the Night's Watch as "Crows" and all of the Raven's seem to call out "Snow!" to Jon so I also thought it would be clever to have a little Raven friend on his shoulder.
I worked very VERY hard on this so a comment or two would be GREATLY appreciated as well as a fav though you don't have to if you do not wish to. My hands are just killing me from this and my R.A. (Rheumatoid Arthritis) in my wrists x____x
